The Essential Need For Stillness & How To Find It

There are an unlimited number of reasons to feel heavy these days.

The government, grocery prices, girl problems - the list goes on & on.

When we look to our environment for peace, it’s easy to forget that peace actually begins within.

When we let the world around us decided our mood, feelings & thoughts we lose our center.

I believe that we are all creators.

As we command our attention & come back to center, a greater truth reveals itself:

Peace within, creates peace through out.

When we take time to pause, go within, find stillness - we can remember our soul’s deeper desires.

What is it that brings you into total presence?

Snowboarding? Writing? Running? Painting?

Whatever it is, I encourage you to embrace more of it!

Whenever the world feels too heavy, it’s a reminder that more presence is calling.

They call it en-LIGHT-enment because it’s suppose to feel lighter & lighter.

If it’s heavy, it’s time to put it down.

Carrying too much of the world’s problems can weight you down both physically & energetically.

Happiness, joy & inspiration are choices just as much as depression, sadness & lack of motivation.

We are merely the sum of our choices.
