Quiet The Mind, Heal The Body

Just because your mind is preoccupied, doesn’t mean it’s good for you.

Being distracted is the new normal. Text messages, phone calls, social media, emails, advertising, music, Tv shows - it seems to be coming at us from every angle. When we spend so much of our energy filtering the world out, no wonder we feel too tired to do stuff as adults.

Setting boundaries with how the world has access to you is one of the fastest ways to start healing your inner world. If you want to manifest, radiate & glow - you CANNOT be spending all your energy on everything else. You quite literally need time dedicated to yourself. You have to nurture the body, mind & soul in order to radiate.

Our minds often rule our world, but just because the mind is loud doesn’t mean it’s for our best interest to listen to it. Meditation is a tool to start shaping & discipling the mind - much like taking your body to the gym. I like to think of our mind like a muscle. It needs to be strengthen, stretched, defined & rested.

Have you strengthened your mind by focusing on Mantra’s?

Have you stretched your mind & slipped into the energetic realms of silence?

Have you defined what is your belief & what is their’s?

Have you rested the mind with total stillness?

Within that stillness, we can start to see how our physical body is affected by our mental patterns. That stress you’re always thinking about - makes your shoulders tense. The nerves you feel - make your stomach tighten up like a rock in your stomach.

Our bodies & minds are mere mirrors of each other.

When we quiet the mind, we can start to truly understand our bodies.
